  • Manage Zendesk support tickets related to STREAM
  • Respond to recurring enrollment data requests
  • Regularly update Enrollment related data slides for Board of Directors
  • Milestone Tracker Development and Updating
  • Assist with enrollment related data analysis
  • Develop task management and accountability systems to ensure all department commitments, deliverables, and deadlines are met
  • Resource Management: own change management and versioning of department resources (updating playbooks, templates, scripts, etc.)
  • HUB Site Management
