What is the main responsibility of the Survey Intern?
The main responsibility of the Survey Intern is to assist in land surveying duties, including performing various technical tasks in surveying, construction, operations, and maintenance in support of surveyors, staff engineers, and supervisors.
What types of surveys will the intern be performing?
The intern will be performing a variety of surveys including site surveys, boundary, topographic, plot plans, roadway utility, and subdivision plans.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Surveying. Additionally, 0-2 years of experience in surveying is preferred, along with flexibility in daily schedule start times.
