Responsibilities

  • Les stagiaires seront totalement intégrés à l’équipe de Kroll Paris avec un rôle de recherches mais aussi et surtout d’analyse à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Le groupe intervient sur des problématiques variées : due diligence de pré-acquisition (intégrité et validation de partenaires), prévention et lutte contre la fraude (investigations financières, lutte anti-blanchiment, etc.), soutien à l’action judiciaire (recherche d’actifs, lutte contre la contrefaçon, etc.), gestion de crise, revue et mise en place de programmes et politiques de conformité/compliance, investigations complexes internationales.
  • Le stagiaire devra avoir le profil suivant :
