Interns will learn about laboratory safety, soil test procedures, field exploration, data review, report preparation, project management basics, and more.

Yes, interns will participate in a cohort that allows them to connect with other interns and build their professional network.
What are the essential roles and responsibilities of an intern?
Interns will perform sampling or testing, seek learning opportunities from their mentor, assist other personnel, and create a final presentation regarding their summer experiences.
What are the educational requirements for this internship?
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be pursuing a BS or Master's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering, ideally with less than one year remaining to complete their degree.
