Responsibilities

  • Provide effective solutions to problems the end users are facing in the technologies falling in the Digital Workplace area, as a 3rd level escalation team.
  • Find improvement in service support for previously identified and assessed delivered services.
  • Partner with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of collaboration platforms with existing systems.
  • Provide technical consultancy to consumers and stakeholders whenever there are mergers & company acquisitions that involve data migration between platforms.
  • Incident and request resolution via ticket.
  • Collaborating with our first level team and with other IT departments to seek for solutions in different issues happening in the Google Workspace and other collaborative tools.
  • Provide technical consultation to the Product Owners in Digital Workplace whenever technical assistance is needed by them.
