Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the artifacts as needed
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
  • Learn knowledge of infrastructure design and implementations
  • Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and be a self-starter
  • Learn how to create and maintain network, server, and security diagrams
  • Assist with creating infrastructure and security requirements for projects
  • Review requirements with the infrastructure and security teams
  • Work with the infrastructure and security teams to manage resources for projects
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Architecture, BSA and Business Teams
  • Works closely with technical staff to develop solutions to new or changing business objectives
