Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the Sr. Technology Trainer, the intern will aid in the migration of our Learning Management System to the cloud and support the coordination and implementation of NYSERDA’s Learning & Development plans with a focus on supporting operational objectives and long-term strategic goals. Specific activities include:
  • Participate in discovery and requirement gathering sessions for future training development.
  • Support the management and continued administration of NYSERDA’s Learning Management System.
  • Migrate critical knowledge artifacts to Confluence.
  • Develop new and update existing procedural resources in Confluence.
  • Capture/Create/Curate images, screenshots, and/or digital recordings for training materials.
  • Communicate upcoming training opportunities through our L&D Calendar and Bi-Weekly Newsletters.
  • Support the administration of live/remote training events.
  • Track, complete, and update project tasks in Asana.
  • Ability to demonstrate respect, equity and inclusive behavior and practices of a diverse workforce and community.
