  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives by contributing research, creating materials, and assisting with planning and execution
  • Oversee and manage all logistics for new employee orientation
  • Assist with company-wide L&D-related surveys and logistics to support L&D team
  • Gain insights by contributing to a broad spectrum of Talent work/processes, e.g. performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and career & leadership development
  • Serve as primary point of contact assist with all training and/or professional development workshops hosted by the L&D team
