Requirements

  • You have completed your bachelor's degree or are in the process of completing your master's degree.
  • You have shown great academic performance in your studies in business, natural sciences, or engineering.
  • You have gained some initial practical experience. Former roles in project management or consulting are a plus.
  • You have well-developed intercultural competencies due to your study or work experience abroad.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can communicate professionally at all levels. English is a must and German a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities
  • Support overarching program management office activities
  • Support the setup and execution of dedicated workstreams/projects
  • Review of workstream/project status and definition of measures in case of deviations (as-is vs. planned)
  • Operational involvement and support of dedicated workstreams/projects to ensure successful implementation
  • Derive pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches for workstreams/projects
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to different stakeholders
  • Work in close coordination with program management office team
