Responsibilities

  • Assist team with digital updates to online advertising and websites.
  • Brainstorm and create social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly marketing/leasing/performance reports.
  • Review Daily Analytics and come up with key updates and optimizations to increase lead quality and volume.
  • Attend and present at marketing meetings to learn more about marketing analytics, google analytics and reporting metrics.
  • Assist in the creation and publishing of community and broker e-newsletters and other email campaigns.
  • Attend agency calls on campaign optimization.
  • Create marketing copy for social media and community websites.
  • Shop the competition for information on pricing, websites, advertising, social media, online reviews, tours and email interactions and timing of responses.
  • Process marketing-related invoices.
  • Participate in a weekly leadership development program designed to develop talent by elevating the next generation of leaders through education, collaboration, and exposure to how each element of the organization functions.
  • Meet with an assigned mentor on a bi-weekly basis to discuss job performance and future career goals.
  • Give a final presentation at the end of the program to convey what you learned throughout the program.
  • Other marketing-related tasks as needed.
