Responsibilities

  • Assist the planning and coordination of North America tradeshows and events, including logistics, booth layout, show theme and messaging, content creation, and on-site support.
  • Assist in developing lead generation strategies and engagement plans to enhance attendee experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing communications, the digital office, and sales to align event experiences with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assist with promotional plans leading up to events and tradeshows, partnering with marketing leads and product teams to ensure key solutions and products are featured and highlighted.
  • Coordinate pre-show, at-show, and post-show attendee lists, registration processes, communications, and training materials to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support the development of event measurement plans, tracking KPIs, and compiling post-event reports for leadership review.
