Responsibilities

  • Track franchise agreements, ensuring critical dates are monitored.
  • Ensure all payments are processed, including franchise agreement renewal fees and termination fees.
  • Assist in the formation of new entities, obtaining Employer Identification Numbers (EIN), and processing entity dissolutions.
  • Manage the filing of Annual and Biennial reports, Alternate names, and Registered Agent renewals for approximately 200 entities.
  • Review and assess Operating agreements, Unanimous consents, and Internal entity transfers.
  • Provide support to the Real Estate Team Director, Manager, and Lease Manager in various capacities.
