Requirements

  • first professional experience ideally in the social or impact sector or in strategy consulting, preferably all of them
  • a strong passion and understanding of the philanthropy and social finance sector in Germany and Europe
  • worked in a client facing environment in your career and have aimed to engage clients into new ways of thinking and acting
  • the ability to get up to speed on issues quickly, work independently on a dedicated project, and comfortable working in an international environment
  • desire to work in a dynamic, cooperative environment with an emphasis on teamwork, taking responsibility, adaptability, implementation and continuous learning and improvement.
  • You are:
  • Proactive and a well-organized self-starter who can manage multiple tasks at once
  • Fluent in German and English Italian and French are a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office skills

Responsibilities

  • Help advance the impact of the UBS Philanthropy Services Team in Europe
  • support the development and implementation of a philanthropy services and social finance strategy for Europe across relevant UBS private client segments
  • support Philanthropy Advisor on client case preparation and enquiries
  • develop new sales strategies for client engagement and assess new donor channels/markets
  • conduct desk research on individuals, families and charitable structures across EU to assess fit and potential angle of engagement
  • help to organize and support execution of client events, webinars and launch of publications on philanthropy, social finance, impact and sustainability topics
  • define concept and implement communication and marketing campaigns around the Philanthropy Service offering
