Responsibilities

  • - Updating Collateral database with Client-Specific Data, Hedge fund Specific data, Portfolio data such as collateral management of securities (bonds, loans, equities, hedge funds etc.)
  • - Portfolio reconciliation – Assist team members with data comparison to view discrepancies or variances
  • - Daily monitoring of incoming emails to group email box, pass along distribution of communications (both external and internal teams)
  • - Documentation – assist team with document execution and general logistics
  • - Maintain internal documentation
  • - Facilitate systems development
  • - Website - continual enhancements of our client portals, working closely with business analysts and technologists for user experience and enhanced
