Responsibilities

  • Provide condensed financial reports directly to Top Management for steering the Group on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (e.g. P&L, Net Sales, Pricing, General Expenses, Staff).
  • Support the planning activities during forecasts and help executing the plan of Headquarters through steering the resources and monitoring of General Expenses / R&D development.
  • Shape the future operations and decision-making of the company by being involved in cross functional projects (that includes projects, where you will be responsible for the final execution).
  • Analyze and identify critical business developments with their risks and opportunities and initiate measures to increase efficiency / profitability.
  • Drive the continuous optimization of finance processes and performance management.
  • Tackle ad-hoc topics through analysis and support decision-making.
  • Develop your systems affinity through practical application in e.g. SAP and BI/Power BI.
