Responsibilities

  • This position is one of two 24 week interns (serving one after the other - First one started January FY24) tasked to implement Galveston By Foundation's Classroom STEM Workshops in schools across the Houston-Galveston region. Interns will learn how to implement up to 10 different classroom workshop topics while gaining training and experience in pedagogy and education practices, local ecosystem knowledge, and future career opportunities. At the end of the internship, they will present a final project as well as assist in training the second intern.
