Responsibilities

  • Support the team on a broad range of preparations for our sponsorship activations and events in close cooperation with rightsholders, our agencies and internal stakeholders
  • When applicable, assist on site at events
  • Support our day-to-day business and ad hoc requests (i.e. support in writing briefings, create presentations etc.)
  • Support and initiate internal communications by sharing best practices and excite markets with our world class sponsorship portfolio.
  • Assist with and execute administrative duties.
  • Maintain agendas and status reports for weekly partnership meetings with the internal Project Teams, ensuring all actions and deadlines are delivered and met.
