The internship lasts for 3 to 6 months, starting ideally on January 16, 2025, or February 1, 2025.
What type of transactions will I be involved in during the internship?
You will be actively involved in equity-related capital market transactions such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), capital increases, and secondary placements across the DACH region and other Continental European countries.
Is prior experience in investment banking required?
While previous internship experience within an investment bank or corporate finance firm is preferred, it is not strictly required, though exposure to ECM transactions and projects can be beneficial.
What educational background is ideal for this internship?
A degree educated at a top university, ideally within the Economics, Finance, or Business field, is preferred.
