Responsibilities

  • Active involvement in live transactions, across the DACH region as well as other Continental European countries, such as IPOs, capital increases, secondary placements as well as support in pre-IPO financing rounds
  • Support in all transaction work streams such as project coordination with involved parties (e.g. company management, syndicate banks, legal counsels and institutional investors), due diligence, prospectus drafting and further related tasks
  • Development of presentation materials for colleagues, clients and investors, including pitch books, marketing and transaction documents, ongoing capital market updates and steering committee meetings
  • Continuous collaboration with senior management across all work streams and tasks
  • Conduct of sophisticated analyses on companies and sectors
