Responsibilities

  • We offer you the opportunity to actively shape and conceptually develop the global leadership development of BASF in our Corporate Leadership & Development unit for 5 to 6 months*. From day 1, you will actively contribute to the conception, organization, and evaluation of measures in our leadership development portfolio. We emphasize intensive guidance and support as well as mentoring and regular feedback from the very beginning.

  • * Value flexibility? We structure our projects independently, allowing flexible time management. Depending on feasibility, we work 40-80% from home.
  • * Periods that last longer than 3 months are only possible through a combination of voluntary and compulsory internships. We are flexible regarding the next entry points.
