Description
- Using information provided from Borrower or Broker, assist Loan Officers in completing our loan sizer excel model to determine viability of a loan scenario. Input information for potential deals to origination system and/or CRM system. Review documents submitted for each Letter of Interest (LOI), determine if the proposal submitted meets Axos Bank lending appetite, and create LOI from template. Ad hoc projects and reporting for Sales Management.
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.

- Evaluate potential lending scenarios
- Analyze borrower and property financial statements
- Provide support for loan officers and sales management
- Serve as project support and project lead on various strategic, operational, and/or related initiatives
- Become knowledgeable in key concepts including banking, regulatory requirements, lending products, credit, and bank tools
