Requirements

  • Currently enrolled university student in a IT or Computer Science program.
  • Available to work 3 weekdays per week.
  • Able to work onsite in our NYC office
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen.

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and G Suite

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of ERP, CPM, and/or DAM
  • Provide assistance with documenting processes and requirements of ERP, CPM, and/or DAM
  • Provide assistance with testing, training, and troubleshooting systems of ERP, CPM, and/or DAM
  • Provide assistance with technology special projects (other software systems) as needed
  • Gain hands-on experience with various enterprise business systems
  • Gain an understanding of the business systems implementation and maintenance lifecycle
  • Be part of the IT Support team while being immersed in the corporate world
  • Develop skills in customer-focused communication and time management
