Responsibilities

  • Monitor Service Desk daily for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
  • Provide front line technical support to employees on a variety of issues by responding to telephone calls, e-mails, and “in-office” requests. Log all requests and escalate as necessary.
  • Provide remote support services to user base.
  • Perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.
  • Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software for employees.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Create and manage user accounts for company software and applications.
  • iPad and iPhone setup and configurations
  • Provide basic application training when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
