What are the primary responsibilities of the IT HelpDesk Intern?
The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and providing training on PC, application, and network requests, conducting level one repairs to physical equipment, inventorying technology assets, issuing and programming cell phones and wireless cards, and maintaining documentation for all related activities.
What qualifications are you looking for in candidates?
We are looking for candidates who are enrolled in a college or university, willing to work in a variety of roles, solution-oriented, organized, have good communication skills, and possess basic computer knowledge. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
What is the duration of the internship program?
The internship program is a 12+ week opportunity beginning approximately May 27th.
