Responsibilities

  • The Global Business Services (MBS) Trainee Program offers a comprehensive 24-month rotational experience within our Shared Service Center in Darmstadt.
  • Throughout the program, trainees will have the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, both locally and abroad, and gain exposure to senior management.
  • The program is designed to provide challenging assignments, dedicated mentorship, and continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Over the course of the first 1.5 years, trainees will undertake rotational assignments across various departments within MBS, aligning with team availability, ongoing projects, and the candidate's interests.
  • Each rotation will typically span 2 to 4 months.
  • During the second year, trainees will have the opportunity to gain firsthand experience by spending a period abroad, fostering interactions with customers and colleagues.
