  • Using financial data to assess a company's viability, stability, and profitability.
  • Gathering market research for information to better understand a company's target market.
  • Managing risks by identifying and managing potential threats to a business, including legal liabilities, financial uncertainty, strategic errors, accidents etc.
  • Helping the company's senior management make decisions through strategic analysis.
  • Identifying and understanding potential stakeholders to determine their interests when developing and/or implementing a product, policy, or program.
