Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Gather and analyse data from various sources including client resources, market research and client feedback to inform business decisions and identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with the creation of project plans and timelines, and manage project deliverables by ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Working closely with our team and our clients to define and optimize their roadmap
  • Aid in the facilitation of workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories, provide progress updates, and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements
  • Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders with assistance
