Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of the role of EHS in our organization.
  • Act as a coordinator within the business to create learning materials (e-learnings, work instructions, presentations, reference guides, etc.) for EHS related trainings.
  • Support in LMS course administration to keep training completion of compliance relevant trainings up to date.
  • Work on improving training process with the global EHS&S stakeholders.
  • Incorporate various styles of training techniques and identify didactic improvements to training courses and programs.
  • Improve own presentation skills and assists in facilitating EHS related trainings.
