Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing lead generation and management processes: track and assess effectiveness of the various lead sources, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of leads, assist in engaging with merchants that meet Large Enterprise criteria.
  • Actively perform audits of industries, sectors or initiatives across various different verticals creating new sources of lead generation and opportunities for the sales teams.
  • Being proactive in delivering scheduled internal reporting consistently. For example providing information for the biweekly newsletter and creating the sales monthly newsletter.
  • Gathering and delivering information for reporting using key metrics when required.
  • Collating and formatting data requests from the team to use in merchant presentations, meetings and business cases.
  • Manage the sales team calendar with events, stakeholder meetings, planning and development related activities, possible future events, off-sites and quarterly sales kick offs.
  • Cold calling and outreaching to new opportunities or existing prospects to schedule meetings for the Enterprise Sales Teams.
  • Facilitating the onboarding of merchants in conjunction with the Enterprise Sales teams, GPS and CSM functions. Acting as the conduit between these teams to make sure the onboarding goes smoothly, collecting documents including KYC and KYB information.
  • Sales pipeline hygiene: using tools such as Salesforce to ensure the Sales Executives pipelines are up to date.
