Responsibilities

  • Assurer un rôle de conseil et d’assistance juridique auprès des équipes du siège et des studios de développement, en vulgarisant et communiquant sur des concepts juridiques dont ils pourraient avoir besoin ;
  • Participer à la rédaction et à la négociation de tous types de contrats avec les équipes de Production (prestations de service, licences, cession de droits de propriété intellectuelle…), les équipes Business (accords de confidentialité, contrats marketing, distribution, partenariats…), et les équipes Tech & IT (contrat de licences middlewares/softwares/ open source, de prestation de services, cybersécurité…) ;
  • Participer à la gestion du portefeuille mondial de Marques : recherches d’antériorité, surveillance des registres, etc ;
  • Soutenir les équipes en charge des films, séries télé, BD, mangas, et autres médias, en apportant des réponses à leurs interrogations et en les aidant sur la rédaction contractuelle nécessaire à leurs activités ;
  • Effectuer des recherches juridiques sur des points de droit local ;
  • Aider à la mise en place de guidelines et à la rédaction de clauses et contrats relatifs à la protection des données personnelles.
