Responsibilities

  • This part-time internship in the legal department will be working with IGT's legal counsel and staff in the Office of the General Counsel in all subject matter areas, including employment, data privacy, compliance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, corporate governance and litigation. Responsibilities and opportunities include researching various legal topics and writing memorandums, statutory review, contract review and drafting, due diligence and attending meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
