What are the key responsibilities of a Management Trainee during the program?
Management Trainees will participate in a series of rotations in various departments and classroom seminars to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business. Upon completion, they will take on a key role as a new business Sales Representative and may then apply for positions in areas such as Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, or Service Management.
What are the educational requirements for applying to the Management Trainee program?
Applicants must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months of applying.
Is prior work experience necessary for this position?
While not required, preferred qualifications include co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles, as well as a business or related academic major, and a leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities.
Will I need to relocate during the Management Trainee program?
Yes, there is a willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program, which is one of the preferred qualifications.
