Responsibilities

  • La production des supports de communication destinés à accompagner le lancement des campagnes Marketing en collaboration avec les départements Trade Marketing, Marketing, Community Developer, Press Relation et également avec nos Fournisseurs
  • La planification de la fabrication des jeux vidéo pour toutes les sorties retail
  • La distribution des clés digitales et retail pour la zone EMEA
  • Identifier et gérer les besoins en termes de supports de communication (objets et textile promotionnels, PLV, packaging, composants collector, packs influenceurs, goodies corporate)
  • Participer à l’élaboration des cahiers des charges avec les clients internes et lancer les appels d’offres
  • Sélectionner les meilleurs fournisseurs : Analyser et comparer les offres des fournisseurs. Négocier les meilleures conditions d’achat auprès de nos fournisseurs. Garantir la qualité finale et la date de livraison annoncée
  • Élaborer en prenant en compte les contraintes internes et externes (fournisseurs, intervenants en interne) les plannings de fabrication et de livraison
  • Intégrer les projets dans notre ERP (création de référence, gestion des flux, …)
  • Assurer la valorisation correcte des produits dont vous avez la charge
  • Assurer le bon suivi de fabrication de nos produits (réalisation des plannings de fabrication, envoi des éléments graphiques, validation de prototypes, coordination des flux d’information entre les fournisseurs et les clients internes, coordination avec notre service logistique)
  • S’assurer du maintien régulier des plannings de fabrication dans notre outil dédié
  • Participer à l’évaluation de nos fournisseurs en termes de prix, qualité, délai et RSE
  • Partager avec les membres du département les bonnes pratiques et aider à l’optimisation de nos outils et la rédaction de nos process
  • Participer à l’application de la politique d’Achat responsable, assurer une activité de veille, de recherche de fournisseurs et de nouveaux supports / technologies
  • Commander les clés pour les sorties retail & digital à l’aide de nos outils internes
