Responsibilities

  • - Attend daily Defense Tiger Team DMMs (Daily Morning Meetings) remotely and summarize activity and role in upcoming taskers and assignments.
  • - Manage the team’s Asana projects, including content deadlines and taskers.
  • - Liaise with a wide matrix of business units to include government relations, internal communications, public relations, events, brand marketing, finance, digital communication, customer experience, strategy, programs, sales, investor relations, industry relations.
  • - Act as onsite Wichita representative for Bombardier Defense consisting of marketing, communications, public relations, government relations and events.
  • - Assist the Bombardier Defense Marketing Advisor in the following areas:
  • - Assist with taskers related to Bombardier Defense product portfolio and strategic marketing plans. Manage the approval of marketing assets with Bombardier Defense stakeholders.
  • - Create content for various marketing materials, including event graphics, invitations, banners, brochures, factsheets, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • - Assist the Defense Senior Intern in the following areas:
  • - Help manage budget tracker entries, invoices, purchase orders, concur travel claims. Assist with management of giveaway, inventory, ordering, shipment, visits sponsorships, and customer visits.
  • - Help coordinate company profile on event portals.
  • - Create event listings on the Bombardier Defense website.
