  • Learn about the design and construction industry and the professional services we provide in a $2.2 trillion sector of the economy.
  • Learn the procurement process for A&E professional services and how marketing supports business development efforts.
  • Collaborating with marketing, and internal clients to understand their objectives for a larger vision and help determine the steps to get there.
  • Help manage internal client communications, coordination and engagement along with marketing leaders of the proposal process.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of visual branding materials, including brochures, banners, presentations and other materials by coordinating with the graphics team.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing files, assisting with conferences, presentations, swag, special events and other marketing materials.
  • Assist with the proofreading, editing and writing of non-technical verbiage as needed.
  • Assist with the final printing, binding, packaging and delivery of proposals or statements of qualifications per strict deadlines either with physical copies or digitally.
