  • Currently enrolled in a university program studying business, marketing, hospitality, event management, or communications.
  • Per US ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).

Responsibilities

  • Attend daily Defense Tiger Team DMMs (Daily Morning Meetings) remotely and summarize activity and role in upcoming taskers and assignments.
  • Manage the team’s Asana projects, including content deadlines and taskers.
  • Liaise with a wide matrix of business units to include government relations, internal communications, public relations, events, brand marketing, finance, digital communication, customer experience, strategy, programs, sales, investor relations, industry relations.
  • Act as onsite Wichita representative for Bombardier Defense consisting of marketing, communications, public relations, government relations and events.
  • Assist the Bombardier Defense Marketing Advisor in the following areas:
  • Help with taskers supporting Bombardier Defense product portfolio and strategic marketing plans.
  • Assist with the development of and create content for various marketing materials to include event graphics, invitations, banners, brochures, factsheets, print/digital advertising campaigns, signage, invitations, giveaways, web content, digital content, key messages, videos.
  • Manage the approval of marketing assets with Bombardier Defense stakeholders.
  • Assist the Defense Marketing Advisor with governance/coordination/management of Bombardier Defense marketing projects.
  • Assist the Defense Senior Intern in the following areas:
  • Help manage budget tracker entries, invoices, purchase orders, and Concur travel claims.
  • Assist with management of giveaway inventory, design, ordering, budget and shipment to events, visits, sponsorships, receptions, customer visits.
  • Help coordinate company profile on event portals.
  • Help create event listings on Bombardier Defense website.
