  • Summarize product issues, identify highlights and present them to Apple executives
  • Be involved in development and implementation of key tools and processes to enhance iPhone Quality’s push into Smart Quality
  • Perform hands on failure reproduction, triage and tear down of iPhones in order to get to root cause
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment on leading Apple technologies like FaceID, OLED displays, Cameras and Inductive charging
