What positions are available for NP/PA students at Terros Health?
Currently, there are openings for NP/PA students in Primary Care and PMHNP specialties for the Spring semester, with one position available in each specialty.
What is the duration of the clinical rotations for NP/PA students?
The duration of clinical rotations may vary; however, specific details about the length of the rotations are provided upon acceptance into the student program.
Is there a guarantee of placement for all applicants?
No, while Terros Health strives to assist as many students as possible, it is not guaranteed that every applicant will be placed with a preceptor.
What qualifications must applicants possess to apply for this program?
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a supervised field instruction class, possess compassion and a desire to serve others, have excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Are there any onboarding requirements for accepted students?
Yes, accepted students must complete a pre-student/Intern/Practicum onboarding process that may include a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
What type of supervision do students receive during their clinical rotations?
Students will work under the supervision of qualified Terros Health professionals who will guide their learning and practical application of healthcare principles.
What additional responsibilities will students have during their clinical rotations?
Students will be expected to keep detailed notes on their practice, assess clients, develop diagnostic assessments, and assist clients in using community resources.

Is there a requirement for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card?
Yes, applicants must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or must apply for one within 7 working days of assuming the role.
