Responsibilities

  • Partner with Workplace Experience in developing office move and restack plans using space allocations and occupancy data.
  • Ensure all sites are following best practices for effective occupancy planning; all workstations labeled, maintaining accurate records of occupied vs vacant seats.
  • Assist with rolling out of Zoom Workstation Reservation Platform across global portfolio; ensuring all floorplans are accurate in the system, all reservable workstations are programmed correctly, all assigned workstations have the correct employee name associated with them.
  • Floorplan management; ensure all sites have accurate and updated floor plans.
  • Assist with test fit scenarios for space improvement projects.
  • Assist with developing design standards catalog.
