Responsibilities

  • Track project hours, research and provide Maintenance data for the projects work scope
  • Conduct daily audits of the work package and check all SVOs
  • Act as the parts runner for the team, liaising with the materials department, collecting spares, organising the bay parts cage and RTSing parts
  • Assist certifying engineers with raising defects in an administrative sense. Entering details into SAP, when required
  • Print raised defects - QA0002A and QA009A into sleeves and provide them to the lead technician
  • Ensure all removed items have QA017 parts identification tags and the certifier has inspected them
  • Fill out MRA for items going to stores
  • Print off Gemba information in preparation for the Gemba meetings
  • Ensure the Gemba board has the required forms on it
  • Ensure the bay plan is part of the Gemba Board
  • Be responsible for ensuring a tidy work environment around desks and work pack area
