  • Supporting the Operations Team in the daily activities and procedures related to new Offices and Building implementation
  • Supporting in the implementation of new, innovative and digital solutions within buildings
  • Accomplishing any task applied to the suppliers’ daily management (i.e. in-site inspections, communication flow for authorized entrances, office signage, ...)
  • Supporting the canteen service team to manage the suppliers in all the related activities such as daily survey to the staff for collecting orders, final count of meals, monthly cost check concerning every kind of expense (purchasing of consumables, hotelleries, fresh fruits for break areas, dried fruit for the canteen, …)
  • The support will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
