What is the duration of the Operations Intern position?
The Operations Intern position is a Full-Time role with a minimum 10-week assignment for the Summer of 2025.

This internship is based at our Bloomsburg, PA location.
What type of projects will I be working on as an intern?
As an intern, you will support the Bloomsburg Operations Team with current projects and initiatives, as well as participate in designated projects and day-to-day operations.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this internship?
You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution with an expected graduation date in late 2025 or Spring/Summer of 2026 or 2027.
Is visa sponsorship available for this internship?
No, visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
What skills are preferred for this internship?
Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office products, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and involvement in extracurricular activities, work-study, or volunteer positions.
Will I receive mentorship during my internship?
Yes, every intern is paired with a manager and a mentor who will help acclimate them to the company and local area.
Are interns required to present a project?
Yes, every intern is required to complete at least one project during their time with Arconic, which will be presented to the location’s Lead Team and in the company-wide Intern Presentation Challenge.
What networking opportunities are available during the internship?
Interns will have the chance to participate in professional sporting events, volunteer experiences, Meet-and-Greet lunches with the Lead Team, presentations with Arconic leaders and C-Suite Executives, plant tours, and other local outings.
