Your main responsibilities will involve assisting on a wide range of complex and high-profile corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating documents and reports, reviewing and collating documentation, and communicating effectively with clients and third parties.
Is prior experience in corporate law necessary for this role?
While previous paralegal experience, especially in corporate law, is preferred, we value enthusiasm and ambition for corporate law, so candidates without direct experience may still be considered.
