  • - Liaise with internal teams to support their recruitment.
  • - Support with Training /Translations on the recruitment process as needed.
  • - Encourage and provide support on employer branding.
  • - Assist with the design of materials for employer brand.
  • - Create content for internal communication channels.
  • - Support the creation of digital (vlog/video) content for internal and external channel.
  • - Support activities via collaboration and relevant content.
  • - Complete monthly reports as per department needs.
  • - Update HRIS on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • - Assist with HR administration and HR systems (Yulife, Quinyx, iCIMS, YuGoal, YuLearn, etc).
  • - Collaborate with other team members on various training programs. Follow up on progress and assist the training team if needed.
  • - Support Payroll administration across different UE markets.
  • - Resolve and support general HR queries.
