Responsibilities

  • Event planning, including coordination with external vendors
  • Conduct global university/engineering school research and data analysis as well as global policy and procedures research and benchmarking for key countries in which we have operations
  • Registering, coordinating and planning fall university recruitment/career fair events and calendar
  • Partner with DEI team on initiatives such as culture assessment, Employee Resource Groups, drafting communications, and DEI current state assessment
  • Own targeted corporate events, including communications, project management, collaborator engagement etc.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, including communications with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
  • Capture, summarize, and present data around hiring and recruitment metrics as part of a greater strategy development
