Responsibilities

  • The People Team Graduate will be responsible for performing a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. The suitable candidate requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. There will be a combination of administrative, office management and secretarial duties as part of this role working across a range of organisational functions including travel, procurement and finance.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to post job ads on careers pages and review incoming resumes.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g. new hires, absence reports etc.)
  • Assist with employee onboarding and inductions as required including presenting onboarding presentations and explaining company policies.
