Responsibilities

  • Provide a full customer service
  • Resolve all daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies etc
  • Liaise with all relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion
  • Support the Personal Shopper to close sales
  • Help with creating dedicated edits for our customers with product images, product details, and pricing
  • Outline the service benefits to unengaged customers and make sure the Personal Shoppers follow up with an email/phone call
  • Create customer profiles for the team in order to offer the right product
  • Ad-hoc stock search and check stock levels of key products
  • Help the Personal Shopper with stock requests for customers’ appointments
  • Organise and check stock for consignment deliveries to key customers
  • Assist with events set up, participation and take down
  • Process orders, pre-orders and reservations of product when needed
  • Look after a Personal Shopper’s customers when on holiday/absent
  • Customers list admin maintenance
  • Enrol new customers through acquisition projects as required
