What qualifications do I need to apply for this internship?
You should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, software development, or a related field, and have experience troubleshooting O365, Teams, SharePoint, and general hardware/software issues.
Will I be required to work overtime?
Yes, the ability to work overtime as needed is an essential function of this position.
What kind of experience is beneficial for this role?
Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, network issues, and familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly manipulating data within Excel, is beneficial.
