Description

  • Berkshire’s Summer Internship program provides Sophomore or Junior undergraduate students an enriched experience with hands-on opportunities through projects and real-life situations. The intern will partner with Portfolio/Asset Management team and shadow team members through day to day operations and will assist in investment analysis.

Requirements

  • Interest in real estate
  • Prior experience in real estate or investment management is a plus
  • Available to work in person from mid-May to mid-August (approx. 12 weeks) from 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to present findings to senior leadership
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
  • Objective thinking skills
  • Have an aptitude for learning and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate and work with different departments throughout Berkshire
  • Technical/ Educational Requirements:
  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate with an anticipated graduation date in 2024 or 2025
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or similar programs
