Responsibilities

  • Support IGT's Premium Gaming Operations Team in updating reports and product catalogues
  • Prepare meeting minutes for all IGT Suppliers interactions and document any changes to project statuses
  • Learn how to forecast demand for IGT Premium Gaming Products
  • Contribute to the development of Electro Mechanical Assemblies with IGT Suppliers for new product introductions and modifications
  • Assist in documenting and updating IGT processes for the ordering and installation of standard and custom products
  • Learn to identify areas where metrics/reports improvements can be utilized
  • Participate in IGT Product cost reviews and seek ways to reduce our capital expenditures
  • Partake in the preparation and award for all Request for Proposals (RFPs) including technical writing
  • Take ownership for file ownership and storage organization
  • Assist with continuous process improvement and complete other ad-hoc analysis, as needed
