Responsibilities

  • Develop and qualify III-V semiconductor wafer fabrication processes
  • Designing experiments for process development and optimization
  • Improve various wafer Fab processes for manufacturability and yield improvement
  • Conduct process capability analysis, failure mode analysis, and SPC review for continuous design and process improvement
  • Work with Production/Integration Engineers to troubleshoot process issues and disposition WIPs
  • Perform automation and analysis of data
